Regulatory Compliance:
- Conducting assessments (Inspections/Audits) to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
- Providing recommendations and implementing measures to address any compliance gaps.
Safety Training and Awareness:
- Designing and delivering customized training programs for employees on safety protocols and
- procedures. Incorporating safety aspects within operational work instructions (e.g., SOPs)
- Promoting a culture of safety through ongoing communication and awareness campaigns.
Management Systems:
- Implementing EHS Management systems that are ‘right sized’ for the current business operations.
- Develop actionable information to be presented to leadership so that informed decisions can be made
- to enable compliance and manage risk in a cost effective manner.
