Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conducting risk assessments using structured methodologies within manufacturing and research facilities.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential hazards.
Emergency Response Planning:
- Collaborating with the client to develop and update emergency response plans. Provide training as needed to staff.
- Conducting drills and simulations to ensure the effectiveness of emergency procedures.
Business Continuity:
- Work with Leadership teams to develop processes for implementing business continuity plans and develop a structure on how to best respond. Work with process owners to identify risks and help develop mitigations strategies.
- Manage business risk (quality, EHS, supply chain) to enable the company to endure hardships.
